Job Description
As a Social Media Manager at Rcoz, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms. Your primary duties include
- Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and manage social media posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Promote the content created by Rcoz to raise awareness and engage our community.
- Monitor social media activity, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers.
- Analyze social media performance to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- Platform Promotion
- Drive traffic to Rcoz's initiatives by promoting content through effective social media campaigns.
- Use social media to amplify our impact, increasing visibility and engagement.
- Strategy Development
- Work with the team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with Rcoz’s goals.
- Stay updated on social media trends and apply them to improve content reach and effectiveness.
- Passion for our cause and a desire to make a positive impact through social media.
- Strong experience with managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Ability to plan and execute social media campaigns with creativity and consistency.
- Knowledge of social media trends and analytics tools is a plus.
