Position Summary:

As the Senior Manager, Talent Management, you will shape and implement a forward-looking talent agenda that ensures RA attracts, develops, and retains the right people, with the right capabilities, at the right time — to deliver our business strategy today and in the future.

You will act as a strategic partner to business and HR leaders globally, translating organizational priorities into a cohesive approach to talent management, succession, leadership development, and performance. This is a high-impact, highly visible role — ideal for a strategic HR leader who can navigate complexity, influence at executive level, and translate ideas into meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and drive the global Talent Strategy, ensuring alignment with RA’s business and people strategy.
  • Partner with the Executive and Leadership Team and Business Partners to shape and implement strategic initiatives in succession planning, leadership development, performance, and capability building.
  • Lead and continuously enhance talent review and succession processes, ensuring a strong internal pipeline for key roles.
  • Collaborate closely with Learning & Development to build programs that strengthen leadership and critical capabilities/competencies.
  • Integrate culture, change, and talent initiatives into a unified approach that supports transformation and long-term growth.
  • Develop and deploy a cohesive performance management philosophy that reinforces accountability and engagement.
  • Lead on talent system implementation and leverage data and insights to measure the impact of talent initiatives and inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure an aligned approach and clear EVP to attracting and mobilizing top talent globally.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, bringing thought leadership, challenge, and pragmatic solutions to talent discussions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related HR leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading global talent, succession, and performance programs in complex organizations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills — comfortable engaging with senior executives and navigating organizational sensitivities.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills with a track record of enabling leaders to make better talent decisions.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into action, balancing long-term vision with pragmatic execution.
  • Experience in workforce planning is a strong plus.
  • Skilled at using data and insights to evaluate impact and shape continuous improvement.
