To deliver on this ambition, we are strengthening our strategy office with a new (Senior) Manager, Strategy Execution.
This role is designed for a highly analytical, collaborative and execution-oriented professional who thrives on solving complex problems, facilitating alignment, and turning insights into action. You will work closely with our Chief Strategy Officer, Executive Leadership Team and team-up with Senior Management Team to ensure Rainforest Alliance stays focused and connected in driving our mission forward.
What You’ll Do
- Lead strategic deep dives on critical questions, helping define the choices that shape our future.
- Build rigorous business cases, models, and frameworks that turn vision into practical decisions.
- Translate the Annual Plan into clear, actionable insights and help leaders connect their portfolios to organizational priorities.
- Monitor progress on priority initiatives, providing structured analysis and recommendations.
- Facilitate alignment across teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity of focus, ownership, and accountability.
- Craft compelling narratives and materials that communicate progress, learnings, and decisions to the CEO, ELT, and Board.
What You Bring
- 5+ years at a top-tier consulting firm or in a corporate strategy role.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen.
- Ability to synthesize complexity into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders through structured thinking, empathy, and clarity.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills — able to make complexity simple and actionable.
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working across cultures, time zones, and functions.
- A passion for global sustainability, agriculture, or development.
