POSITION SUMMARY:
Working with the Senior Manager, Employee Experience, People Data & Systems, the Global HRIS Manager for UKG will possess extensive knowledge of UKG’s suite of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation, optimization, and management of UKG Pro systems and functionality for our organization.
The Global HRIS Manager for UKG will be responsible for supporting business needs, implementing UKG solutions, and providing ongoing training and support for internal stakeholders. This position will address day-to-day HRIS operational concerns and long-term strategic planning. This position will serve as a technical subject matter expert and leader responsible for effective system design, functionality, administration, and maintenance. They will ensure data integrity and accuracy for all transactions, procedures, report writing, and business processes within the system.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the domain expert on UKG modules, including recruiting, onboarding, timekeeping, scheduling, payroll, workforce management, and human resources.
- Provide strategic guidance on best practices for leveraging the full capabilities of UKG software.
- Identify and clarify business requirements, build functional specifications, and configure business processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs to end-users and HR staff to improve system functionality and user proficiency.
- Lead data-driven HRIS strategies and initiatives that align with business needs and objectives.
- Produce human capital reports, metrics, and dashboards to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Provide technical support to end-users, solve issues, and liaise with vendor support as needed.
- See opportunities for process improvements within the UKG systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
- Ensure that UKG configurations and workflows are aligned with relevant industry regulations and organizational policies.
- Lead all aspects of the maintenance and improvements of workflows and year-round automations.
- Administer all aspects of HRIS security including user access, roles, and permissions.
- As UKG HRIS Technical SME, provide technical support for ongoing maintenance for HRIS system including but not limited to Security, and file/data transfers
- Participate in HR and payroll projects involving future HRIS product implementations, new functionality, process improvement and related administration
- Audit data integrity, examine concerns, and establish processes to streamline and improve data quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in implementing, configuring, and supporting UKG solutions, especially UKG Pro, UKG Recruiting, and other UKG HCM platforms.
- Solid understanding of HR, payroll, time management, and workforce scheduling processes.
- Ability to analyze and solve system issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and creating custom reports within UKG.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects and priorities.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate functional business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience creating and maintaining end-user documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a responsible and accurate manner.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- UKG certification is a plus.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience working in a large, complex organization.
- Knowledge of other HRIS systems in addition to UKG.
- Experience with data security and compliance within HCM platforms.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams.
- Experience with pivot and lookup tables, as well as database and reporting writing experience. Familiarity with SQL or other reporting tools for data extraction.

Salary: For USA based candidates only:
- National Salary range (Excluding NY and DC) - $63,655- $90,906
- New York Salary Range - $75,605- $108,007
- Washington DC Salary Range - $73,180- $104,542
