Who We Are
Adoorn is reimagining the front of the home — starting with the mailbox. We design elevated, durable, design-forward products that make it effortless to upgrade curb appeal.
As we scale across DTC, Amazon, and brick-and-mortar retail, operational excellence across every sales channel is critical to our growth.
Who You Are
When Adoorn closes a new retail partnership — whether that’s Walmart, Ace Hardware, or another major retailer — this role owns everything that happens next. You are the operational lead responsible for getting the brand fully set up inside that retailer’s ecosystem: vendor compliance, item setup, routing guides, portal onboarding, EDI coordination, and making sure product is ready to ship and receive at the retailer from day one.
Simultaneously, you own the accuracy and consistency of Adoorn’s product presence across all selling platforms — Shopify, Amazon, Walmart.com, and any additional retail or marketplace channels. You ensure listings are complete, cohesive, and operationally live.
This is a commerce operations and retail vendor management role for someone who thrives in the details of channel execution.
What You'll Do
Retail Vendor Onboarding & Compliance
- Own the full vendor setup lifecycle for new retail partners from executed agreement through first purchase order with zero handholding required
- Navigate retailer vendor portals (Walmart Seller Center, and others) to complete all required item setup, vendor registration, and compliance documentation
- Obtain, interpret, and execute retailer routing guides, labeling requirements, and compliance manuals
- Coordinate EDI setup and testing with internal Operations and 3PL/logistics partners to ensure clean order flow
- Submit and manage item setup forms, UPC/barcode submissions, and product data sheets to retailer systems
- Track all onboarding milestones and flag risks before they impact launch timelines
- Maintain a vendor compliance library across all active retail partners — keeping routing guides, compliance requirements, and contact directories current
Platform & Listing Management
- Own product listing accuracy and consistency across Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and all retail portals
- Ensure all listings include complete, correct, and cohesive product data: titles, descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, and inventory alignment
- Execute new product launches across platforms, coordinating with internal teams to meet all channel go-live requirements
- Manage ongoing listing updates for assortment changes, pricing adjustments, and promotional configurations
- Identify and resolve listing errors, suppressed ASINs, compliance flags, and content gaps proactively
SKU & Inventory Coordination
- Manage SKU setup and maintenance across internal systems and all external channel platforms
- Ensure alignment between sales agreements, purchase orders, inventory availability, and platform listings
- Partner with Operations to prevent oversells, stockouts, and setup errors that could delay or disrupt order flow
- Monitor item-level discrepancies and resolve issues that impact fulfillment or channel performance
Cross-Functional Channel Execution
- Serve as the operational point of contact for Sales and Operations during new account setup and ongoing channel management
- Execute promotions, pricing changes, and product updates across all active platforms with accuracy and speed
- Track and resolve platform-specific operational issues before they escalate to sales or fulfillment disruptions
- Maintain organized records of all channel setups, compliance requirements, and vendor communications
