Who You Are

You are a dependable, detail-oriented assembler with solid deburring and steel detailing experience. You’re comfortable using hand tools, grinders, and measuring equipment, and can confidently read blueprints and follow technical specifications. You take pride in your work, maintain a safe and organized workspace, and work well both independently and as part of a team.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

  • Operate hand tools such as deburring knives, files, tumblers and bead blast cabinets to complete deburring and assembly tasks
  • Repetitive filing or use of a grinder to smooth away nicks and fragments.
  • Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to blueprints and specifications
  • Use hand arbor to press in hardware/pins, install helicoils with hand tools
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What You Bring

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in assembly or a related field preferred
  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
  • Mechanical knowledge to understand assembly processes and troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Proficient in using hand tools for assembly tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Language:

  • English (required)

Experience:

  • Deburring: 3 years (Required)
  • Steel detailing: 3 years (Required)

You will be required to finish a part to verify your qualifications.

What We Offer

Job Type:

  • Full Time
  • 1st Shift (5:00am - 1:30pm)
  • Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed

Pay:

  • $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
