POSITION SUMMARY
Plastic Bank is seeking a driven, creative, and relationship-focused Customer Success Specialist to steward some of the most purpose-driven partnerships in the world. In this hybrid role between customer success, marketing, and sales, you’ll be the primary point of contact after a contract is signed—responsible for onboarding, nurturing, and growing long-term partnerships that amplify impact, drive value, and unlock new opportunities.
You’ll think like a strategist, act like a marketer, and serve like a trusted advisor. This role is ideal for someone who brings the empathy of customer care, the curiosity of a researcher, and the hustle of a sales rep—someone excited to translate goodwill into growth and relationship into revenue.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
🤝 Partner Onboarding & Relationship Building
- Lead the seamless onboarding of new partners
- Serve as the go-to relationship builder once the contract is signed- —ensuring alignment on goals, expectations, and first milestones
- Understand each partner’s unique definition of success and design engagement strategies around it
- Host engaging kick-off and check-in meetings with clear agendas, updates, and strategic insights
🌱 Growth & Opportunity Creation
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand Plastic Bank offerings within partner organizations
- Stay up-to-date with relevant partner news and market trends to proactively suggest new activations or campaigns
- Surface unmet needs, brainstorm creative activations, and introduce new impact opportunities
💡 Marketing & Engagement Strategy
- Collaborate with marketing to amplify partnerships through joint campaigns, social features, and storytelling moments
- Support the creation and delivery of co-branded content that celebrates partnership impact
- Help shape partner marketing strategies and suggest content or activations aligned with Plastic Bank's mission
🧭 Operational Excellence & Strategic Support
- Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM and ensure data quality for reporting and renewal efforts
- Assist senior Partner Success Managers and Sales Representatives with strategies and account planning
- Flag risks, resolve issues, and offer solutions quickly and tactfully
Contribute to ongoing improvement of partner communication playbooks, success metrics, and customer journey design
