Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive and mission-aligned Sales & Partnerships Intern to spearhead outreach efforts aimed at expanding our network of partners and clients. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, social impact, and building meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential partners, including companies, foundations, and educational institutions.
  • Outreach: Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and participation in relevant events to introduce O-Lab's offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective partners, understanding their needs and aligning them with O-Lab's solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the O-Lab team to develop tailored proposals and presentations that resonate with potential partners.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather insights from outreach efforts to inform and refine partnership strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing team and participate in social media initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Location: Based in the United States or in Colombia.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, daily report, manage time effectively, and take initiative.
  • Passion: A strong interest in education, social impact, business, and community development.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with a dynamic work environment and open to feedback.
