Scope of Work Overview

The Meeting & Event Coordinator is responsible for participation in planning and executing Open Up Resources' HIVE professional learning event. This position will report to the Director of Professional Learning. We are searching for a talented and motivated individual to assist in organizing an outstanding and unforgettable event. You will be responsible for every part of event preparations, working closely with the Academics Team. You will assist with all planning aspects and evaluating success afterward. Prior experience as a national event coordinator preferred.
