We’re looking for a mission-aligned and results-driven individual to lead our Corporate Partnerships and Fundraising strategy across Latin America and the U.S.
🌍 About the RolePosition: Corporate Partnerships & Fundraising Lead (Hourly + Commission-Based)
Location: Colombia or U.S.-based (remote/hybrid)
Job Type: Consultant / Hourly Contract
Commitment:Part-time or flexible hours, based on workload, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on results.
Compensation: Hourly pay + performance-based commission (aligned with achieved fundraising targets)
💼 What You'll Do:- Identify, engage and meet with corporate donors/partners/clients, communities, CSR programs, and philanthropic partners.
- Prepare proposals, pitches, and tailored communications for each opportunity.
- Lead fundraising campaigns and contribute to ongoing donor relationship management.
- Represent Fundación El Origen and O-Lab App in relevant forums, events and partnership spaces.
- Cold calling
- Daily report and CRM management.
- Is results-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized.
- Has experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, or business development.
- Communicates effectively in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Thrives in flexible, mission-driven environments.
- Brings passion for education, social equity, and impact-driven work.
- Have experience working with nonprofits or EDTECH startups.
- Understand fundraising trends in Latin America and/or the U.S.
- Have a network of potential donors or corporate partners.
