ABOUT THE ROLE
Mobile Care Companion (MCC) is Noora Health’s remote, mobile-based extension of the Care Companion Program that supports families over time through periodic messaging and medical executive support for inbound queries. Sustained engagement and retention on MCC drives stronger learning and recall of key health skills, improved caregiver confidence and adherence, and better long-term health outcomes.
However, MCC currently faces high drop-off rates, making it critical to design content that is not only medically accurate, but also engaging, easy to follow, and supportive over time, especially for low-literacy and low-resource users. To improve comprehension and retention, we want to shift MCC’s primary delivery form factor to be visual-first. This is where the Visual/Creative Designer plays a pivotal role: creating high-quality visual experiences that make health guidance feel simple, relatable, and easy to act on over time.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Translate product strategy, research, medical guidance, and behavioral insights into actionable visual content.
- Design MCC’s visual-first content system across images, illustrations, GIFs, short videos, motion assets, and audio-supported visuals.
- Create visual communication materials that makes key health skills easier to understand, remember, and practice.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Content Design, and program teams to ensure assets fit seamlessly into MCC journeys and drive retention.
- Maintain visual consistency across all digital touchpoints and ensure adherence to established brand and design guidelines.
- Create assets that are scalable, reusable, and adaptable across modules, campaigns, and training tools.
- Use AI tools to speed up ideation, production, localization, and iteration - while maintaining high creative quality and medical accuracy.
