ROLE DETAILS
To ensure the timely and efficient facilitation of Noora Health’s program-related administrative
activities, including the issuance of call-up letters, coordination of official communications, and
ongoing liaison with the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) Planning and Research
Division. The position aims to strengthen GO-NGO collaboration and maintain adherence to
government policies, administrative procedures, and ethical standards.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the timely preparation, review, and issuance of official call-up letters, meeting
notes, and related documentation. - Facilitate and track official communications, approvals, and correspondences relevant to
Noora Health’s programs. - In time support for smooth coordination of GO-NGO collaboration processes in
alignment with DGHS administrative protocols. - Assist DGHS counterparts in compiling, organizing, and maintaining records or files
related to Noora Health-supported activities. - Assists in organizing Noora health event, meetings as per requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on pending actions, ensuring timely completion of program-related
administrative tasks. - Uphold confidentiality, ethical conduct, and compliance with all government and
organizational regulations. - Prepare Monthly brief reports on th eprogress of his/her daily activities to Noorah Health.
- As required the position will provide administrative support to the PR division of the
DGHS.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Health Management, Social
Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative coordination preparing of
official lettes and other documents, preferably in a government office or NGO-health
collaboration setting.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound understanding of government procedures and official correspondence.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bangla &
English typing. - Fluency in both Bangla and English (written and spoken).
