Key Responsibilities:
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of office premises, including workstations, common areas, and restrooms.
- Pantry Management: Prepare and serve beverages such as tea and coffee to staff and visitors; maintain the cleanliness of the pantry area.
- Errand Running: Perform office errands, including purchasing office supplies and handling mail and deliveries.
- Visitor Assistance: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Equipment Maintenance: Monitor the use of office equipment and supplies; coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Waste Management: Responsible for the disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable materials.
