About This Position

As part of the Project Management and Customer Success team, you will be helping us provide a delightful customer and hackathon experience. The employee will help our users and hackathon managers through a variety of hackathon support functions. They'll play an important role in ensuring customer success and safeguarding our reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist our Project Management and Support teams with providing a great experience for our clients
  • Respond to and resolve support questions from Devpost users
  • Analyze support trends and work with others to improve processes and messaging to foster a delightful end-user experience in our hackathons
  • Monitor upcoming and live hackathons on Devpost and take action to ensure the quality standards of Devpost

Skill, Experience, and Requirements

  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • Open to learning new tools and processes to support the team and hackathons
  • Take pleasure in solving problems and helping others
  • Experience with analyzing trends, identifying issues, and proposing solutions for process improvement

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with Help Scout, Clickup, Discord, Slack, Google Docs and Sheets
  • Experience supporting end users
  • Experience with the developer community through organizing and attending hackathons or otherwise
  • Experience using Devpost
  • A good understanding of technology trends
