As Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive demand generation programs aligned to the buyer’s journey towards building revenue pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to drive demand that results in high-quality leads converting to sales opportunities.

  • Plan and execute multi-tactic marketing programs for demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion programs that include email marketing, events, webinars, SEO, SEM, advertising, etc.

  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Content Marketing to ensure content alignment and messaging goals.

  • Leverage engaging content targeted to audiences at the right time of their buyer's journey.

  • Measure and analyze the results of marketing campaigns and identify ways to improve effectiveness.

  • Use data to make data-informed decisions and optimize performance.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize the leads process and integration working closely with Partnerships/Sales

  • Manage conference strategy and plans.

  • Manage an event specialist responsible for executing conference logistics.

  • Manage a marketing specialist responsible for executing CRM enhancements, emails, landing pages, and forms.

  • Collaborate with Partnerships/Sales to launch national and regional campaigns aligned to territory plans to drive new business.

  • Report to the Vice President of Engagement as a part of the Engagement leadership team responsible for strategy, plan, metrics, process, and culture.

  • Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to optimize digital marketing performance.

Qualifications

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience

  • Knowledge of K-12 education and the edtech industry preferred

  • Highly knowledgeable about CRM (i.e., Pardot/Account Engagement, Salesforce, Hubspot)

  • Google Analytics

  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills

  • Mission-driven and passionate about education

  • Lifelong learner with proactive attitude

  • Go-getter who takes initiative and drives projects forward

This is a fully remote role, and can be anywhere in the United States, as long as you don't mind turning on your webcam to build a rapport, even from a distance. This role will require occasional travel and report to the VP of Engagement.
