Description

Education Partnerships at MIND Education works together to broaden and deepen our partnership base across the U.S. so that more children can access our proven approach to learning and teaching math. This includes increasing the number of states, school districts, and students implementing ST Math.

We are currently hiring a Regional Vice President of Partnerships for the Western Region. This role reports to our VP of Partnerships and requires resilient leadership and managerial skills, excellent sales skills coupled with an outstanding ability to lead a successful sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a successful growth strategy, aiming to achieve scalable revenue and associated profitability in the Western Region

  • Successfully deliver upon predefined metrics

  • Successfully engage with all levels and departments of the organization

  • Support developing and executing on the defined sales strategy aiming to maximize MIND Education’s opportunities for success

  • Ensure the Education Partnership Manager (EPM) leverage internal tools that enable managing the sales cycle

  • Manage and support the EPMs of the assigned territory

  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting of assigned territory

  • Identify learning needs and training to EPMs to ensure the ongoing development of the sales effectiveness

  • Support on the recruitment, development, and motivation of the sales talents, what will include travel with sales colleagues regularly

  • Promote and represent MIND Education in the marketplace through attendance and participation at industry conferences in a variety of events nationwide accordingly to the sales team strategy

  • Work closely with the VP of Partnerships to identify and qualify new business opportunities

  • Develop successful and strategic relationships with key partners in the assigned region

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven ability to maintain, attract and develop great sales teams

  • Proven records of identifying key metrics to measure sales professionals

  • Knowledge of the complex and consultative selling processes

  • Proven record of a quantifiable and verifiable track record of delivering revenue growth for E-learning or related technology company

  • Must possess a vast network in K-12 education nationwide

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience

  • Knowledge of K-12 market space, e-Learning products, and educational funding source

  • Must have the ability to partner, persuasively, professionally, and successfully with clients

  • In-depth understanding of all aspects of the sales cycle, lead generation, opportunity management and a variety of sales technique

  • Must possess outstanding presentations skills

  • Must possess an audacious mindset

  • Excellent communications skills; effectively converse with multiple audiences of varying levels of sophistication.

  • Must possess the ability to coach or mentor others

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
