Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective leads and provide personalized career counselling
  • Understand student requirements and recommend relevant courses (Financial Modeling, CFA, AML/KYC, IB Operations)
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline and manage leads effectively through CRM
  • Achieve daily calling targets, talk-time benchmarks, and conversion metrics
  • Consistently meet weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Handle objections professionally and guide students toward informed decisions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related fields (B.Com, BBA, MBA preferred)
  • Strong interest in finance careers and education industry
Experience
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in EdTech sales
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and high conversion rates
  • Experience in handling high-volume calling (80–100 calls/day) preferred

  • Working Days: Includes Sundays (weekly off on a weekday)
