Role Description

The Senior Admissions Counselor will play a pivotal role in enrolling prospective mentees into finance programs. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune Division. The responsibilities include guiding prospective students through the admissions process, conducting consultations, addressing queries, and providing accurate information about the programs offered. The role also involves building professional rapport with students, maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to sales and enrollment goals within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and effective Communication skills
• Proven Customer Service expertise with the ability to address student concerns
• Experience in Sales, including enrollment or education-related offerings
• Background in Education or a clear understanding of educational processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• MBA/ Professional qualifications in Finance
• Prior experience in the education or consultancy industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site team environment
