Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with prospective leads via calls and emails to introduce MentorMeCareers’ offerings.
2. Schedule and coordinate walk-in meetings with potential students and clients.
3. Assist in the conversion process by following up with leads and addressing inquiries.
4. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of meetings and client interactions.
5. Support day-to-day operations and maintain records of lead activities.
Requirements:
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
