Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing sales strategies, and closing deals. The role involves regular client interactions, understanding their needs, and proposing suitable solutions. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and working closely with the marketing and product teams to enhance overall sales performance.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in the education or finance industry is a plus
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
