Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CFA Trainer located in Pune. The CFA Trainer will conduct training sessions, create and update course materials, and mentor students in financial planning, analytical skills, financial statements, finance, and financial reporting. The Trainer will be responsible for developing curriculum, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to help them achieve their career goals. Regular interaction with students, industry experts, and other trainers will ensure content relevance and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications
- Strong Financial Planning and Analytical Skills
- In-depth understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
- Relevant certifications such as CFA, and experience in the finance industry
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience in training or teaching will be an added advantage
