Job Summary


The Partnership Intern will support Maisha Meds in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic
partnerships that align with the company’s growth projections. This role involves working closely with
internal teams, including the Sales Manager, to develop and implement effective acquisition and referral
strategies, as well as tracking and evaluating the performance of existing partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:
Identify Potential Partners: Conduct research to identify and evaluate potential partners that align with Maisha Meds' growth goals and expansion strategies.


Negotiation and Drafting of MoUs: Assist in negotiating partnership terms and drafting Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with identified partners to formalize agreements.


Partner Acquisition & Referral Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute strategies for acquiring new partners and increasing referral opportunities.


Performance Monitoring & Evaluation: Continuously review the performance of existing partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization.


Ensuring Compliance: Monitor partner compliance with the terms and conditions of the MoUs, ensuring all agreed-upon
commitments are met.


Managing Commitments & Escalations: Ensure Maisha Meds delivers on its commitments to partners and promptly escalates any challenges or issues that may arise.


Risk Management: Proactively identify risks to existing partnerships and recommend strategies to mitigate potential
disruptions or conflicts.


Evaluating ROI: Regularly assess the success of partnerships, evaluating whether they are meeting the
company's expectations and providing a positive return on investment.
