About Lenny Learning:

We enable K-12 schools and organizations to deliver customized education & interventions that improve well-being with AI. We help schools unveil health challenges with student surveys, and we equip teachers to address those challenges with clinically-informed AI lesson plans. We're seeking entrepreneurial, fast-paced, creative, and independent individuals eager to own and build significant parts of our organization.

You must be familiar with…

  • Typescript

  • NextJS, App Router, Server Actions

  • Supabase/Postgres/SQL

  • React

  • Github

  • Github Actions

  • Playwright/Puppeteer

  • OpenAI/LLMs

  • AI Function Calling

  • Prompt Engineering

Your primary functions…

  • Working with Product & Design Lead to plan and execute projects

  • Shipping new features

  • Fixing bugs

  • Resolving technical customer issues

  • Evaluating and improving the performance of our AI system

You must have…

  • 2+ years of startup experience or equivalent

  • 4+ years of technical experience

  • Experience building on top of LLM APIs

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Excellent communication & relationship skills

  • Can operate very well under uncertainty and in a small, early-stage team

  • Low ego and ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to understand and manage an entire production codebase

Salary range:

$100,000 - $110,000 per year
