Lady Justice Initiative, Inc. seeks part-time pro bono Community Managers to support our global digital communities. The community managers will play a crucial role in building a vibrant global community within our platform. The roles are remote. Responsibilities: Support development and implementation of community engagement strategy; Support creation and curation of content and events to enable members to achieve measurable outcomes from their participation in the community; Engage with community members to obtain their feedback and foster an inclusive and supportive environment; Assist in organizing and promoting virtual events, webinars, and other community activities. Requirements: Minimum 5 years019 experience in digital community strategy and management; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with community members from diverse backgrounds; International experience preferred; Available to commit 12-15 hours per month to the role.
