Lady Justice Initiative, Inc. seeks two part-time pro bono Community Managers to support a global digital community platform focused on women’s empowerment, law, and technology. The community managers will play a crucial role in building a vibrant community within our platform.

The roles are remote.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support development and implementation of digital community engagement strategy to build the community and encourage member participation.
  2. Support creation and curation of content and events to enable members to achieve measurable outcomes from their participation in the community.
  3. Engage with community members to obtain their feedback and foster an inclusive and supportive environment.
  4. Identify and address community concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  5. Assist in organizing and promoting virtual events, webinars, and other community activities.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum two years’ experience in digital community strategy and management.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with community members from diverse backgrounds.
  3. Passion for building communities, fostering meaningful connections, and women’s empowerment.
  4. Available to commit 12-15 hours per month to the role.
