Your work transforms our field learnings into compelling knowledge products, benchmarks CHIP against peer platforms, scopes new state rollouts and financing models, and curates high-level policy engagements and events that position KB as the convenor of digital-health innovation.

About You:

You are a strategic thinker and researcher who thrives on desk research, data synthesis and stakeholder mapping. You enjoy translating complex program metrics and policy landscapes into crisp recommendations. You have experience engaging government counterparts or NGOs at state/national levels and love curating convenings—whether roundtables or conference delegations—that elevate organizational thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

The Partnerships & Strategy Analyst will report to the Global Partnerships & Strategy Lead, with a dotted line to the COO, and collaborate closely with cross-functional leads in Health Systems Strengthening, Policy, Evidence & Impact, and M&E teams.

1. Strategic Research & Knowledge Products

  • Develop and maintain KB “knowledge products” (case studies, white papers, one-pagers) that capture field learnings and impact metrics.
  • Conduct market and comparative analyses of India’s digital-health ecosystem, benchmarking CHIP’s modules against peer platforms.
  • Monitor policy and funding landscapes—track shifts in state/national digital-health policies, budget cycles and financing windows.
  • Lead desk research on innovative financing mechanisms and programmatic partnership models to inform KB’s long-term strategy.
  • Conduct scoping exercises for new state engagements, including stakeholder meetings and power-mapping workshops to identify influence networks.
  • Maintain a relationship atlas—curate and update a prioritized list of key government targets, map interconnections, and draft long-term engagement plans.
  • Translate stakeholder and scoping insights into actionable recommendations for KB’s innovation roadmap.

2. Programmatic & Policy Partnership Development

  • Support the design of MoUs, technical-support agreements, SOPs and capacity-building plans with government partners.
  • Draft positioning briefs, SOPs and KPI frameworks for new state rollouts, as well as policy proposals, concept notes and state engagement plans.
  • Map and engage key government and NGO stakeholders to advance KB’s programmatic agenda (e.g., maternal & child health expansion).
  • Provide recommendations on positioning KB’s thought leadership and knowledge products to central-level health officials in Delhi.
  • Facilitate stakeholder consultations—organize and document workshops with NGOs and officials to validate rollout designs.
  • Liaise with the Evidence & Impact team to integrate rigorous data and evaluation findings into partnership strategies.

3. Event Curation & Convening

  • Plan and execute high-level forums, roundtables and delegation visits at national and international conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, stakeholder outreach and briefing materials for visiting delegations and government officials.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement toolkits—brief packs, follow-up trackers and governance checklists to support long-term engagement.
  • Curate speaker line-ups, session agendas and background briefs to ensure alignment with KB’s strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate with Communications to package, publicize and amplify KB’s convening activities.
  • Develop post-event summaries and follow-up action plans to capture outcomes and next steps.
