Job Information

Our team is looking to welcome a mature, motivated, mission-driven Zonal Coordinator to join Khushi Baby

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the rollout and execution of health programs in the assigned zone, ensuring adherence to program objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government health departments, community leaders, and local partners, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in the zone.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor program activities and gather feedback from community health workers and beneficiaries.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Supervise and guide field teams to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Provide training and support to community health workers on Khushi Baby's digital health tools.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to integrate field data into program improvement strategies.
  • Use data analytics to identify trends and recommend interventions.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to build capacity in digital health solutions.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to disseminate best practices.
  • Schedule and conduct individual meetings with key stakeholders, including Block Chief Medical Officer (BCMO), Block Program Manager (BPM), and other block-level officers to share CHIP progress.
  • Organize and participate in Block Health Society meetings to discuss progress, review ongoing health programs, and plan future activities.
  • Conduct block-level workshops and training sessions on topics such as Digital Health Survey, RI Micro Plan, Disease Prevention and Control, Maternal and Child Health, and Immunization Campaigns.
  • Identify sector-specific groups within the block community and organize targeted interventions such as training sessions for ASHAs, ANMs, or health officials on the CHIP dashboard.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of all meetings and activities at the district and block levels, summarizing key findings, outcomes, and recommendations.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings to monitor the progress of activities, address concerns, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Maintain regular communication and coordination with team members, block-level officers, stakeholders, and higher authorities, providing updates on activities, progress, and challenges.
  • Establish and maintain liaison with development partners, including NGOs and government agencies involved in health and development projects.
  • Attend District Health Society/Task Force meetings, delivering presentations as needed to support program progress and decision-making.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports from both district and block engagements to the HQ team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination, preferably in health or nonprofit sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in program management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment

  • Excellence in English writing and communication
  • Demonstrated work / experimentation in prompt-engineering for tools like ChatGPT

Remuneration

A competitive salary of ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month, along with additional Travel Allowance (TA).
