Job Information
Our team is looking to welcome a mature, motivated, mission-driven HR Associate to join Khushi Baby
Responsibilities:
- Provide programmatic input to the project team regarding customization, refinement and development of mobile application and dashboard (the Platform) as per requirement of the Health Workers
- To conduct the field visits for scoping the need of customization and to test of the mobile App and channelize the feedback to KB program team
- Frequent field visit to the Health and Wellness centers and to the platform implementation sites to promote adaptability of the platform and gather the regular feedback
- To support in regional language (Kannada) customization in the platform
- To provide necessary support in logistic preparation and facilitation of training to health officials and Health workers for operations of digital tools/mobile Applications
- To coordinate with Govt. Health officials and other relevant stakeholders regarding implementation of project activities as per plan
- To support resolving the platform/ app related technical issues faced by the health workers/officials.
- Sharing of work progress regularly through reports and during project meetings.
- To provide inputs in preparation of monthly and biannually project progress reports.
- Playing the role of connecting link between Health workers/officials and Khushi Baby to carry out day to day activities
Requirements:
- Masters in any discipline, (preferably in sociology or social work, health management etc.) having at least 2 year of experience working in research projects/ Survey implementations/Hospital Settings
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal relations skills with Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory)
- Experienced in M-Health/implementation of digital health projects
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and willingness to travel frequently to field locations.
- Computer skills required - MS excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, PPT etc.
- Desirable: Analytical and presentation Skills

- Prior experience working with government officials and NHM data sets
- Publications with mixed-methods research
- Prior experience working with mHealth / digital health projects
- Excellence in English writing and communication
- Demonstrated work / experimentation in prompt-engineering for tools like ChatGPT
Remuneration
The remuneration offered will range between 3.5 to 5.5 LPA commensurate with the candidate's experience and skill sets. Other benefits include
