Job Information
Our team is looking to welcome a mature, motivated, mission-driven Community Engagement Associate to join Khushi Baby
Responsibilities:
- Assist Community Health Workers (CHWs), including ASHAs and ANMs, with digital health application queries and act as a liaison to address their needs and challenges.
- Provide training and guidance to CHWs on using KB platforms, develop training scripts, record videos, and facilitate sessions for health workers and officials.
- Conduct calls and maintain communication with high-risk groups, caregivers, and health stakeholders (ASHAs, ANMs, AWWs, LHVs, MOICs, BPMs, BCMOs) via phone and WhatsApp for monitoring and support.
- Monitor the performance of health workers, districts, and sectors, offering actionable feedback to improve KB platform usage and adherence.
- Conduct at least two field visits per month to monitor sessions, track high-risk cases, and gather operational insights.
- Update CHIP seed data, perform basic data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets, and track progress for monitoring and evaluation.
- Share weekly or fortnightly summaries of calls, impacts, and insights with relevant team members for decision-making.
- Support application and dashboard testing to ensure user-friendliness and provide improvement suggestions.
- Collaborate with the communication team to document and prepare impact stories and case studies of health workers and beneficiaries.
- Facilitate communication and training activities to enhance the effectiveness and adaptability of KB platforms across health systems.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in communication or social work or other related field with specialization in Health/community health or Bachelors degree in any discipline with 2-3 years of experience working in the field of community engagement in Public Health/Hospital settings.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Work experience in the field of public health/Hospital settings (at least 6 months)
- Familiarity with health applications and digital platforms is a plus.
- Experience in the public health sector, or in a call center or customer service environment, particularly in roles involving community engagement, health communication, or support services

- Publications with mixed-methods research
- Prior experience working with mHealth / digital health projects
- Excellence in English writing and communication
- Demonstrated work / experimentation in prompt-engineering for tools like ChatGPT
Remuneration
The remuneration offered will range between 4-6L LPA commensurate with the candidate's experience and skill sets. Other benefits include
