Level: Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT support lead
  

• Own Google Workspace and all SaaS tools.
  

• Ensure robust access control, structured offboarding, and prevention of data loss.
  

• Enforce security policies including 2FA, password governance, and quarterly access audits.
  

• Monitor system security alerts and maintain backup and data recovery processes.
  

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for renewals, procurement and licence audits
  

• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and ensure seamless device provisioning for all new joiners and teams.
  

Ideal Candidate

A structured and detail-oriented professional with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT administration and SaaS management. They should be comfortable managing user access, enforcing security controls, monitoring systems, and maintaining documentation with a strong process-driven mindset.

Must-Haves

• 1–3 years experience in IT administration / system management
  

• Hands-on experience with: Google Workspace Admin
  

• Understanding of: Access control & permission management, Information security basics
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in startup or multi-location organization
  

• Hands-on experience with: SaaS tools- Google, Canva, Miro, CRM systems(Zoho), WhatsApp Business API basics and Cloud telephony (Ozontel)
  

• Basic scripting knowledge (Google Apps Script / Python)
  

• Experience with device management (MDM tools)
  

• Data privacy practices & ISO 27001 / security frameworks
  

Not a Fit

• No experience with cloud tools or admin consoles
  

• Not comfortable managing access controls and data sensitivity
