Joy Education is seeking aspiring educators to join our Teaching Fellowship Institute, a selective, two-week virtual training experience designed to prepare fellows to deliver high-impact literacy instruction.The institute serves as the entry point into a multi-stage educator pathway at Joy Education:Teaching Fellowship Institute → Year-Long Teaching Fellowship → Teaching FacultyThis pathway is designed to develop skilled, mission-aligned educators who are prepared to deliver transformative literacy support in community-based settings.Fellowship PathwayStage 1: Teaching Fellowship Institute (2 Weeks)Foundational training in Joy Education’s instructional model, tools, and approach to literacy intervention.Stage 2: Year-Long Teaching Fellowship (10 Months)Selected fellows continue developing their practice through:- Paid tutoring experience- Ongoing coaching and professional learning- Structured opportunities to build instructional expertiseStage 3: Teaching FacultyHigh-performing fellows may transition into part-time Teaching Faculty roles, supporting program delivery and mentoring newer educators.Terms: Part-Time | Start Date: 6/01/2026
