Joy Education is seeking aspiring educators to join our Teaching Fellowship Institute, a selective, two-week virtual training experience designed to prepare fellows to deliver high-impact literacy instruction. The institute serves as the entry point into a multi-stage educator pathway at Joy Education: Teaching Fellowship Institute → Year-Long Teaching Fellowship → Teaching Faculty. This pathway is designed to develop skilled, mission-aligned educators who are prepared to deliver transformative literacy support in community-based settings.
