Joy Education Foundation is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to design, manage, and continuously improve systems that power revenue generation and relationship-building. This role sits at the intersection of fundraising, data, and communications. You will lead fundraising operations, CRM tracking, prospecting, funder/donor engagement, partnership outreach and follow-up, grant tracking and reporting, and revenue-facing newsletters. You will work closely with leadership to ensure Joy Education has a clear, accurate picture of its revenue pipeline and strong, consistent engagement with funders, donors, and partners.
