The Product Development Fellow will bring Joy Education’s product concepts to life by supporting the technical build, testing, and iteration of new literacy tools. This role emphasizes AI-driven solutions and game-based learning prototypes, transforming design ideas into functional, scalable products. Working closely with the Product Design Fellow and guided by the Product Management Fellow, the Development Fellow ensures new tools are both technically sound and student-centered.
