Inua Hub is a youth-led nonprofit based in Tanzania focused on empowering communities through digital skills, entrepreneurship, and innovation. We work with young people, women, entrepreneurs, and small businesses to build opportunities in the digital economy. We are looking for a Partnerships Associate to help expand our network of partners, sponsors, and collaborators across companies, institutions, NGOs, and development organizations. Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential partners including companies, NGOs, universities, and development organizations.- Initiate contact with organizations and maintain professional communication with potential partners.- Prepare and send partnership proposals, sponsorship requests, and collaboration letters.- Support fundraising initiatives including CSR partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.- Organize partnership meetings and stakeholder engagements.- Maintain a partnership pipeline and track outreach, meetings, and collaboration opportunities.- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and community programs with partner organizations.- Represent Inua Hub professionally in meetings, networking events, and external engagements. Preferred Qualifications- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.- Interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, or community development.- Ability to research organizations and identify collaboration opportunities.- Good organizational and follow-up skills.- Comfortable with digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms.- Ability to work independently and take initiative.- Previous experience in partnerships, community work, NGOs, or business development is a plus but not required.
