Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Medical Consultant to join our Programs team at Intelehealth to assist in the development and implementation of our projects. We are looking for an DNB/MD/MBBS doctor with at least 5 years’ clinical experience to join our team with a focus on improving patient care. This position reports directly to the Clinical Director. In this role you would be responsible for initiatives related to monitoring & improving the quality of clinical care provided in our telemedicine projects.
Requirements
Directly report to the Clinical Director
Work in liaison with the Chief of Party, Director of Programs and Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Development and review of clinical protocols
Participate in research activities for evaluation of our clinical protocols and projects
Perform literature reviews
Assist in the management of the Clinical Advisory Board
Develop curriculum, cases and role plays for training
Organize and deliver training sessions and CME sessions for health workers, doctors and public health administrators
Conduct quality assurance checks and prepare audit reports
Assist the Clinical Director to implement continuous quality improvement programs
Monitor Project executives and Field managers as need arises
Preparation and translation of documents, reports and presentations
Any other medical work develops in negotiating with partners, existing and future
- MS/MD/DGO in Obstetrics & Gynecology OR
- MD/DNB in Internal Medicine/General Medicine/Community Medicine
- 5 years
Clinical experience is preferred, freshers are also welcome to apply
Experience working in a public health setting or Clinical Care setting is preferred
Excellent clinical and public health knowledge
Drafting, customizing & reviewing of Clinical protocols, methods, and processes
Participation in academic publications, books, conferences
Patient-centered approach
Experience working with diverse groups of stakeholders in the health sector
Project management and administrative skills
Basic familiarity with Word, Excel, Powerpoint
