About the position:

We are looking for an outstanding Tech Lead with strong development skills & who would be responsible for managing the team of Full stack developers. The shortlisted candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills. Should have an ability to effectively communicate technical concepts within the team, is able to work individually as well as lead the team to achieve project goals. Design the overall architecture of the web application and evolve it to ensure maximum performance and stability. Be involved in customizing the web interface through its modular structure by developing a web application that communicates with a MySQL database over a REST-ful API.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Lead the design & development of Intelehealth’s complete web stack
  
• Solve complex architectural, scalability & performance issues
  
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
  
• Single PoC for all activities in the Web app/FSD team - Lead from the front & help team in overcoming technical challenges
  
• Build efficient, testable and reusable modules
  
• Should be able to understand the requirements & Develop web application features
  
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and complete tasks in a timely manner
  
• Work closely with Director of Product Development to deliver product releases
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/M.Tech in Computer Science or related discipline
  

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of Industry work experience, of which at least 2 years as a Tech Lead
  

Skill Sets:

• Proficient in JavaScript, Angular 12+, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, MySQL, REST APIs
  
• Experience working with cloud hosted applications on AWS, Digital Ocean or other VPS providers
  
• Strong understanding of GIT or other code versioning tools
  
• Familiarity with Linux or other Unix based operating systems
  
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
  
• Data migration, transformation, and scriptin
  
• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
  
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
  
• Understand differences between multiple delivery platforms (such as mobile vs desktop), and optimizing output to match the specific platform
  
• Ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
  
• Strong articulation & interpersonal skills
  
• Willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and, team-oriented environment
  
• Experience in Agile development process & Tools and Understanding of design patterns
  
• Prior experience working with OpenMRS & Microservice architecture is beneficial
  
• Prior experience working on Open source projects is preferred
