Job Description

Location: Jharkhand (Fieldwork across assigned districts)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) with government health officials at state, district, and facility levels, as well as frontline health workers.

  • Capture detailed field notes, maintain audio recordings, and submit daily field summaries.

  • Coordinate local travel and interview schedules across assigned districts in Jharkhand.


Requirements

Education Qualification: Degree or strong interest in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or Qualitative Research.
Skills:
  • Languages: Mandatory fluency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written).

  • Competencies: Strong interpersonal communication skills and comfort interviewing senior government officials and healthcare staff.

  • Mobility: Full willingness to travel across districts (Ranchi, Bokaro, Ramgarh, Lohardaga, Dhanbad, and West Singhbhum) in Jharkhand for the 15-day duration.
