Job Description

Intelehealth is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive - MLE to support programme implementation, data systems, reporting, and evidence generation for eSanjeev. It is MoHFW's flagship national telemedicine programme, enabling remote doctor-to-patient and doctor-to-doctor consultations across the country. The selected candidate will be placed within the project's PMU, working closely with the programme team and government stakeholders to ensure day-to-day MLE needs are met accurately and on time. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role suited to someone comfortable navigating government systems, managing data under tight timelines, and translating evidence into insights that inform real-time programme decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day MLE tasks within the PMU, including data tracking, trackers/registers, and rapid analysis to support programme and government needs.

  • Coordinate between the state government and programme team, ensuring smooth data sharing, timely responses to requests, and alignment on reporting formats.

  • Ensure data quality through routine checks, verification, and resolution of discrepancies across data sources.

  • Prepare and submit periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations for government and internal stakeholders.

  • Support the design, execution, and documentation of evaluation and learning studies across project sites.

  • Track progress against MLE frameworks and indicators, and support capacity-building of field/programme staff on data practices.

  • Travel across programme locations for field monitoring, data verification, and stakeholder engagement


Requirements

Education :
  • Master's degree in Development Studies, Public Policy, Public Health, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E/MEL, data analysis, research, or programme management.
  • Must have worked in a government-linked PMU or a role involving regular reporting to government stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in Excel and data analysis (Power BI/STATA/R/Python preferred).
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Public health experience is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel across programme states.
Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in:

  • Data analysis

  • Monitoring, Learning & Evaluation (MLE/M&E)

  • Programme reporting and tracking

Experience in the public health sector will be considered an added advantage. Applicants must have experience working in:

  • A government-linked PMU (Project Management Unit), OR

  • A setup where regular/daily reporting to government stakeholders was a core responsibility.

Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, STATA, R, or similar analytical tools is preferred.
  • Understanding of Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL/MLE) frameworks, indicators, and data quality assurance processes.
  • Experience in preparing dashboards, presentations, and reports for programme and government stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience coordinating with government officials and implementing partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across programme locations
