Job Description

This is a remote position.

The CSR Outreach Manager will play a key role in expanding Intelehealth’s institutional fundraising portfolio in India. The role focuses on building a strong corporate CSR pipeline, managing institutional relationships, coordinating proposal development, and supporting closure of CSR partnerships aligned with Intelehealth’s digital public health programs.

In addition to acquisition, the role will support donors stewardship, impact communication, and renewal discussions to strengthen multi-year corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. CSR Pipeline Development

  • Identify and map potential CSR partners aligned with Intelehealth’s mission and program priorities.
  • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of corporate prospects across sectors.
  • Initiate outreach and schedule meetings with CSR leaders, foundations, and corporate Decision-makers.

2. Partnership Development

  • Support preparation and delivery of partnership presentations.
  • Coordinate internal inputs required for CSR engagement.
  • Assist the Director in advancing prospects through the fundraising pipeline toward funding decisions.

3. Proposal Coordination

  • Work closely with the Program / MEL teams to develop CSR proposals and concept notes.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-up communication with partners.

4. Donor Stewardship & Relationship Management

  • Maintain ongoing engagement with existing corporate donors.
  • Support preparation of impact updates and partnership communications.
  • Coordinate site visits and stakeholder interactions where required.

5. Renewal & Multi-Year Partnerships

  • Track project timelines and renewal cycles.
  • Initiate renewal discussions in coordination with the Director.
  • Support development of multi-year CSR partnership opportunities.

6. Reporting & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain CRM or internal pipeline tracking tools.
  • Prepare monthly pipeline updates and fundraising reports.


Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, or institutional engagement

  • Prior experience working with NGOs, foundations, or social enterprises preferred

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
