Job Description
This is a remote position.
About the position:
in the medical field. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing medical records, extracting valuable insights, and contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Medical Records Analysis:
Analyze electronic medical records (EMRs) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
Extract relevant information from medical records, including patient demographics, diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate interpretation of medical data.
2. Data Cleaning and Processing:
Clean and pre process medical data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Work with large datasets to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for analysis.
3. Data Visualization:
Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Utilize tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to present data insights in a clear and accessible manner.
4. Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, healthcare professionals, and IT specialists.
Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Continuous Learning:
Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements in healthcare technology, and data analysis techniques.
Actively seek opportunities for professional development in both data analytics and medical understanding.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the MLE manager and MLE director.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Looking for a person with a medical background (Nursing, BPT, Allied Health Sciences, MBBS, BHMS or any
- relevant disciplines) and pursuing an MPH.
- Should be well-versed with medical terms in the patient’s history and examination.
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Freshers (PG/PHD students with a medical background)
Skill Sets:
- Data Cleaning, Excel, Clinical Background
