About Infoxchange and the Digital Empowerment Suite

Infoxchange is a notforprofit social enterprise using technology to improve outcomes for people and communities experiencing disadvantage. Its Digital Empowerment Suite including Client and Case Management (CCM), the Service Directory and associated digital products built on the OneIX architecture is used by government and community organisations across the sector in Australia.

As demand for digital solutions grows, Infoxchange is expanding its product capability and has introduced a new Head of Product, Digital Empowerment Suite. This Product Manager role will report into that position and focus on planning and delivering the roadmap, releasing new offers and maintaining the operational foundations that keep the suite running smoothly.

About the role

As Product Manager, Digital Empowerment Suite, you will play a critical delivery and execution role. You will turn portfolio strategy into clear backlogs, releases and operational improvements across CCM, the Service Directory and related offers. You will work closely with the Head of Product and crossfunctional teams to ensure products continue to deliver high value to the community services sector while evolving in line with customer needs, regulatory requirements and technology change.

You will build a deep understanding of our customers and the community services sector, and how our digital products support their work. You will collaborate with engineering, services, sales, marketing and partners to coordinate roadmap delivery, integrations and releases across the suite. A key part of the role is keeping an eye on areas such as data and privacy obligations, cyber security posture and responsible use of generative AI as they relate to the suite.

What you’ll do

  • Support the Head of Product to ensure the ongoing success of the Digital Empowerment Suite in line with Infoxchange’s mission, strategy and values.
  • Translate product strategy into epics, features and user stories, shaping and maintaining backlogs and release plans across CCM, the Service Directory and related products.
  • Work with the Head of Product, CTO, fellow Product Managers and technical teams spanning OneIX to prioritise work, participate in sprint and release planning and manage roadmap execution.
  • Consider customer outcomes, sector impact and technology advancement throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring changes deliver real value and are practical to implement.
  • Contribute to business and investment cases that support roadmap initiatives and prepare material for review and approval.
  • Own daytoday operational product tasks such as maintaining pricing and the product pricelist and keeping standard contract schedules and T&Cs up to date within agreed commercial frameworks.
  • Provide timely product information, pricing inputs and configuration guidance to support new customer acquisitions, lead generation and incontract change.
  • Help maintain strong alignment between market demand, our products and services, engaging with customers and advisory groups such as the Community Advisory Group (CAG) where appropriate.
  • Contribute to a culture of customer focus, delivery of outcomes and continuous improvement across product and crossfunctional delivery teams.
  • In collaboration with Marketing and the Head of Product, support communications and thoughtleadership content for channels such as social media, customer newsletters and sector events.

About you

You are an experienced Product Manager who enjoys being close to the work – shaping roadmaps, writing stories, and collaborating with teams to ship meaningful improvements. You are equally comfortable dealing with operational details such as pricing and T&Cs as you are with customer conversations.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager creating, launching and evolving products, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment; case management, CRM or workflowbased experience is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of product development practices and frameworks across the product lifecycle, and confidence applying them in a practical, deliveryfocused way.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into clear backlog priorities and product improvements.
  • Experience in value proposition design and tools such as the business model canvas, and the ability to apply these in support of portfoliolevel strategy.
  • Excellent problemsolving, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, delivery and customerfacing teams.
  • An understanding of, or strong interest in, the notforprofit and community services sector and digital strategies within missiondriven organisations.
  • Genuine motivation to improve societal outcomes and a belief in the role of technology for social justice.

If you are excited by the idea of using your product skills to support organisations that support communities – and want to grow within a new product leadership structure – this role offers a compelling opportunity to make a difference.
