An internship at Infoxchange offers students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful digital transformation initiatives across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, particularly for non for profits (NFPs) supporting disadvantaged communities. Backed by over 35 years of experience and trusted partnerships across government, tech and social impact sectors. Infoxchange leads programs that build digital capability at scale, such as the Digital Transformation Hub, APAC Digital Transformation Program and Summit.

Interns gain exposure to impactful projects involving digital advisory and consulting services, custom AI training, and innovative technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) empowering them with hands on experience in ethical, socially driven tech implementation.

Overview

With the rapid shift towards digital capability building, not-for-profits (NFPs) increasingly rely on accessible, high-quality digital training to amplify their social impact. However, many lack the resources to produce polished, engaging media content. Infoxchange is uniquely positioned to bridge this gap by delivering top-tier educational materials and live training to organisations across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

This internship will connect a media-savvy university student with Infoxchange, enabling them to apply their production and editing skills for social good. The student will collaborate with Infoxchange trainers and NFP stakeholders to design, produce, and deliver engaging long-form and short-form media content. They will be fully supported by the team and gain exposure to public AI tools to enhance media workflows, delivering solutions that are practical, accessible, and impactful.

Why Join Infoxchange?

Over the 12 weeks, the intern will work on end-to-end media production and webinar delivery that Infoxchange relies on to upskill the NFP sector. This involves producing and polishing training materials aligned with Infoxchange's mission. This involves:

  • Translating raw recorded sessions into polished, engaging long-form and short-form content.
  • Engaging with trainers and NFP stakeholders to ensure live and recorded sessions run flawlessly.
  • Iterating content based on real-world constraints and audience engagement metrics.
  • Delivering a functional portfolio of media that demonstrates social impact. Examples include:
  • Editing and publishing a series of recorded training sessions for YouTube.
  • Creating bite-sized, short-form video cutdowns to promote upcoming webinars.
  • Managing the Audio Visual (AV) quality and technical administration for live webinar deliveries.
  • Using public AI tools to enhance post-production workflows (e.g., AI-driven audio cleanup, automated captioning, or content generation).
