About Infoxchange

Infoxchange is a notforprofit social enterprise using technology to improve outcomes for people and communities experiencing disadvantage. Its Digital Empowerment Suite including Client and Case Management (CCM), the Service Directory and associated digital products built on the OneIX architecture is used by government and community organisations across the sector in Australia.

As demand for digital solutions grows and technology advances, Infoxchange is expanding its product capability and is therefore excited to be establishing this new role, reporting into the COO.

About the role

As Head of Product, Digital Empowerment Suite, you will lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap and performance of our Client & Case Management platform, national Service Directory and related digital empowerment offers built on the One-IX architecture.

You will own the portfolio P&L, ensuring these products deliver exceptional customer value, measurable social impact and sustainable growth aligned with Infoxchange’s vision of technology for social justice.

You will lead a small product team and work closely with development, engineering, service delivery, marketing, and customer engagement teams to drive market-leading solutions for the community services sector.

The role is both strategic and hands-on, combining market insight, sector knowledge and product craft to drive adoption, retention and innovation across the suite.

What you’ll do

  • Define and lead the product vision and multi-year strategy for the Digital Empowerment Suite, spanning Client & Case Management, Service Directory and future offers.
  • Own the P&L for the portfolio, including revenue growth, margin, pricing strategy and investment cases for new initiatives.
  • Translate strategy into clear roadmaps and priorities, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful product releases.
  • Deeply understand customer and sector needs, leveraging data, research and the voice of the customer to inform decisions.
  • Partner with the CTO, Head of CCM Services and other leaders to ensure technology scalability, security, data and privacy robustness, and responsible use of AI.
  • Lead go-to-market planning with marketing and sales, supporting positioning, storytelling and engagement at conferences, webinars and sector events.
  • Represent Infoxchange with key customers, partners and collaborators, acting as a visible champion for digital transformation and social impact in the community services sector.
  • Build a strong, customer-centric product culture across all aspects of the Digital Empowerment Suite.
