About the role
As the People & Culture Administrator, you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality administrative support across People & Culture operations, governance activities, and key people initiatives. You’ll help ensure our people processes run smoothly, support our reward and recognition and engagement programs, and contribute to an inclusive, values-driven workplace.
Working closely with the People & Culture team members and reporting to the People & Governance Operations Lead, you’ll support recruitment administration, People & Culture communications, data, and reporting, plus other people initiatives to help ensure a seamless employee experience across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture team and governance activities, including preparing documents, reports and supporting smooth operation of core processes.
- Assist coordination of staff events, engagement activities and internal communications, including the People & Culture newsletter and Viva Engage posts, to support an inclusive and connected workplace.
- Support recruitment processes by coordinating candidate communication, interview scheduling, behavioural assessments and reference checks, and maintaining accurate records in relevant systems.
- Oversee stock and distribution of employee branding materials and onboarding packs, ensuring alignment with Infoxchange values, branding guidelines and sustainability principles.
- Administer and promote the IXcel Reward & Recognition Program.
- Provide occasional relief support to the People & Governance Operations Lead and the Executive Assistant during periods of leave, as required.
- Champion an inclusive workplace culture and promote engagement activities aligned with our values.
About you
To succeed in this role at Infoxchange, you will demonstrate:
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within People & Culture/ HR or a related corporate services environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain effective administrative systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data entry and reporting.
- Strong digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills, including identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes.
- Collaborative and team-focused, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive, values driven workplace and championing Infoxchange values.
