Are you passionate about driving positive change and building a customer-centric, agile culture? We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead and manage the people-related aspects of our strategic change program. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Chief People Officer and work closely with the leadership team and key stakeholders to drive transformational change for the strategic cultural and people programs.
This is a fixed term (2 year) part-time position (0.6 FTE) in a hybrid working model, based in our Melbourne office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall change ecosystem, managing priority and workload conflicts across multiple programs and business operations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change action plans aligned with the organisation’s strategic vision.
- Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their needs are addressed and they are active participants in the change process.
- Identify readiness checkpoints and execute strategies to drive user readiness and sustained behavioural change.
- Conduct risk assessments for change initiatives and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Develop and deliver targeted communications and essential change artifacts (e.g., processes, training materials, FAQs).
- Ensure smooth handover of new processes, systems, and documentation to business owners for long-term sustainability.
- Report on change initiative plans, progress, outcomes, ROI, and adoption metrics.
- Champion an inclusive workplace culture and promote engagement activities aligned with our values.
About you
To succeed in this role at Infoxchange, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in organisational change management, ideally within complex or fast-paced environments.
- Social sector or technology sector experience a must.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute change strategies and action plans.
- Experience in risk management and readiness assessment.
- Passion for building a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
