We are seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant to join the CCM team, reporting to the CCM Team Lead.

This is a permanent full-time position, based in either Melbourne or Brisbane.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements using a variety of methods including stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Respond to sales enquiries and generating proposals.
• Configure Infoxchange’ s client and case management software for customers based on agreed scope, and application of one or all of the following programming languages: JavaScript/jQuery, XML, CSS and SQL.
• Monitor and update task and project management records in Infoxchange business systems.
• Create and maintain internal process documentation, user guides and training materials.
• Provide configuration support, including troubleshooting and resolution of bugs.
• Deliver training sessions to end users.

Key selection criteria

To succeed in this role , you will demonstrate:

• Experience configuring, administering, and supporting software to achieve customer objectives
• Experience with analysis tasks including writing user stories, functional requirements gathering, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with programming/query languages such as JavaScript/jQuery, XML, CSS and SQL
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and personal management skills
• Displays an aptitude to learn new skills including project methodologies and stakeholder management.

What we offer

• A base salary of $85k plus superannuation and 17.5% annual leave loading.
