They provide tech-enabled solutions that help individuals with disabilities find relevant information and opportunities, focusing on meaningful livelihood through accessible upskilling and career support. Their flagship program, NClude, offers accessibility conversion services and personalized career discovery through various platforms, including WhatsApp and IVR, aiming to empower the next generation of role models and create a ripple effect of inclusion and opportunity. With significant impact metrics, including over 25,000 individuals impacted and 10,000 jobs accessed, I-Stem collaborates with the Government of India to scale their services to millions of people with disabilities across the country.
