About Humanitix

We're Australia's #1 fastest growing ticketing platform and leading social enterprise

Limitless career progression, that comes from being an online global start-up

Start-up culture, great team, funded by the foundations of Google and Atlassian, based in McMahons Point in Sydney

Humanitix is the world’s first humane ticketing platform that donates 100% of profits from booking fees to children’s charities. We’re converting the USD$3.7bn in annual global booking fees into social impact projects that give disadvantaged kids greater access to education, healthcare and a fair go in life.

Our mission is to bring people together to inspire and invest in humanity. We LIVE for events. We LIVE to help our thriving community of event hosts sell more tickets AND create more impact. We believe it's our best shot at changing the world.

If you love live events, are driven, entrepreneurial, optimistic and passionate about social change, we want you!

You will work closely with our head of brand, engineering team, and customer experience team. In simple terms, you will make us look kick ass!

A great work ethic and the confidence to escalate problems and ask your colleagues for help.

An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in Interaction and Visual Design, and prototyping

Understanding of how to create usable, accessible, and modular designs

A keen eye for design and the desire to add the extra 1% that make good applications great

A good sense of humour and warm heart - your colleagues are awesome human beings who bring their personality into the office.

We are a global business, and have offices in Sydney, Auckland, and soon to be Denver.

Our customers include Strawberry Fields Festival, TEDx, Inner Varnika, Cancer Council, Lifeline, Westfield, Finer Things, Blazing Swan as well as events featuring the likes of Edward Snowden, Sean Carrol, Peter Singer and more.

Years 3+ We are already in three countries… in another 3 years we will hopefully be in 6+... those in our team who deliver and have ambition could be leaders of a region or country. By example, James Humpherson, who joined us at the age of 24 (three years ago), is now General Manager of our Australian operation.
