Green Our Planet Studios is seeking a creative and organized Film Production Administrator (Remote but primarily based in Las Vegas, NV) to join our team. The Film Production Administrator plays an important role behind the scenes of productions, often having a wide range of administrative responsibilities that make large-scale projects possible.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
HR/Admin Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain employee records, files and contracts
- Support leadership so they lead the team efficiently, develop their people, sustain team-centric culture
- Prepares documents, meeting agendas, meeting minutes
- Manage equipment purchasing, rental, coordinate food deliveries, and arrange travel accommodations
- Coordinate inter-departmental tasks such as ordering supplies and marketing materials
- Receive, submit invoices to accounting, and follow up as needed.
- Develop and maintain a calendar of scheduled events, coordinate and manage event logistics
- Assist with Google Suite and help troubleshoot tech issues with laptop, Google drive, and Zoom
- Support in-talent acquisition and facilitate the offboarding process for employees
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Oversees a team of managers, employees and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
- Delegate work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
- Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
Production Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing the business and department roadmaps, create forms and procedures
- Help support the curriculum writing process and help review lesson plans
- Help with tracking projects, maintaining a voice-over artist and on-camera talent payment tracker, manage grant and deliverables trackers, and manage inventory
- Assist with pre-production, production and post-production scheduling, coordinating and tasks
- Assist the production team with weekly studio recording sessions, provide voice over support as needed, and assist with script changes
- Assist production team with film shoots as needed
- Special projects assigned may include market research, analysis, employee development, communications, and other projects as needed
- Provide departmental support and perform other job-related duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Las Vegas residents only
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a related field
- Project Management Skills: Able to manage and complete projects on time and to deadlines
- Film experience preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with administrative tasks
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent at meeting deadlines
