Glific is a WhatsApp based two-way communication platform, to bridge the gap between NGOs and their beneficiaries by enabling processes that help them communicate, collaborate, and collect data to continue improving their interventions. 70+ NGOs have used the Glific platform, which has helped them stay engaged with their communities, especially during the pandemic when on-ground activities had come to a pause. Glific, a Project Tech4Dev initiative, has been recognised by the Digital Public Goods Association (DGPA) for their contribution to open-source technology and collaborative efforts to help NGOs responsibly deploy technology.
